All About Therapy

Making the decision to start therapy can be a daunting prospect. Initially we will meet for an assessment to make sure that what I offer is right for you, and I am the right fit for you. We will talk about what therapy involves and you will have opportunity to ask questions at this appointment.
If we decide to proceed, sessions are scheduled in batches of six. This means we can review progress and make sure we're on track with your therapy goals.
I work to National Institute of Clinical Excellence recommended number of sessions according to your presenting problem. Usually 10-14 sessions is sufficient, with the option to extend further for trauma reprocessing and/or additional difficulties you may wish to work on.
I offer face to face sessions in Hiltingbury and online sessions via Zoom
